My husband is incarcerated. How do I find out if he is going to get out early on parole or house arrest.?

How would I find out if my husband is eligible to be released early. Is there anything that I can do to get his sentence Modified? Someone please help me!My husband is incarcerated. How do I find out if he is going to get out early on parole or house arrest.?
Just as a case in point, house arrest might be a condition of parole, but no one is released early from prison to a house arrest.

Several steps you might take here. First, call the facility, ask for records and get his projected outdate. This will be on his file and it is considered public record.

Next, you can ask to speak to his case manager. He will have full access to your hubby's records and can tell you if he qualifies for a parole hearing and what that date might be.

As far as a sentence modification, that would be more of an attorney's area. You can contact the attorney that handled his case and ask there. He would have the best facts available since he handled the case. Not everyone can qualify for a modification.

I hope this helps and you can find it useful
