Can my husband come to the US without a passport?

1) He is currently an asylee living in Turkey

2) He has no passport, and is not able to get a passport from his own country (he is from Iran)

3) i would like to bring him here as my spouse (but would a fiance visa be simpler?)

4) Turkey will give him documents giving him permission to exit the country

5) I'm assuming that they will give him entry documentation to the country he is traveling to as well. Can my husband come to the US without a passport?
Even if he got a visa, he still has to have a PASSPORT TO ENTER! Can my husband come to the US without a passport?
There are ways to come without a passport. I think he might be able to apply for refugee status. My ex boyfriend came to the US as a refugee status and he had no passport and as far as I know just whatever entry documents he was give as a refugee. He had walked from Kosovo to a Macedonian refugee camp with nothing but the clothes on his back. Talk to an immigration lawyer and see if he can come as a refugee.
For get it. No passport no entry.

Trying to get a finace visa for an Iranian living in Turkey from the US Immigration service would be like you being able to walk from the US to Iran. It will never happen

Turkey cannot give him documents granting him entry into the US.

Tell him to go to Mexico and try to sneek into the US like all the illegal Mexicans.
Consult a lawyer. There are ways to get around lack of paperwork when you have a good reason, but it is complicated and I don't think anyone here can help you.
even if he did manage to sneak in, his entry would be illegal therefore he will have to remain that way regardless of marriage or children.
No. All people coming and going in the US must have a passport.
DHL him here in a large box as one cuban woman did
