Can my husband use the payments he made for his ex-wifes apartment and vehicle.. 1900 a month on his taxes?

My husband has been divorced from his ex-wife since May. He does not pay her alimony but does pay for her apartment and her vehicle which is $1900 a month.. court mandated. This is in addition to child support. On taxes could you list the amount for the apartment and the vehicle in the alimony area? Or does it actually have to say alimony in the decree? Can my husband use the payments he made for his ex-wifes apartment and vehicle.. 1900 a month on his taxes?
Unless the court order specifically says it's alimony, it can't be deducted. Can my husband use the payments he made for his ex-wifes apartment and vehicle.. 1900 a month on his taxes?
It has to be Alimony in the decree. And child support goes nowhere in a federal tax return
