Anybody here that can help us wit information? My future husband's status in Germany is asylumseeker and we would like to move together.?
Its best to look for advice from a specialised in Rechtsanwalt for Ausl盲nderrecht %26amp; Asylrecht. There is always the possibility to apply to change the zone from where he is staying at the moment , to a zone of your area. That is if he is in a Village he can move to the city. In the city sometimes they are rented apartments by the state. If he stays with you, the state could pay you.. There many issues to consider.

otherwise you may have to wait until next year when you marry the he will get a different type of Resident permit
