My husband has Hiatas Hernia, they will not operate and he does have pain in digesting his food.?

He also takes warferin to thin his blood, Is there any natural remedies to help to releive the pain.My husband has Hiatas Hernia, they will not operate and he does have pain in digesting his food.?
Hiatal hernias can be repaired surgically, sometimes mesh fabric is used if the muscle are weak or other reasons. The docs may not operate if he has other medical conditions which sounds like he does if on coumadin/warfarin.. He should eat foods that don't aggravate digestion or ask docs for antacids/tums or other if ok to use. sometimes peppermint tea or similar helps with digestion as well as anti gas meds like simethicone. He really shouldn't have pain with a hiatal hernia, that should be checked. He could have H pylori that causes ulcers and is treatable with antibiotics. My husband has Hiatas Hernia, they will not operate and he does have pain in digesting his food.?
Yes , put the bed head up two inches ( 5cm ) Helps at night.

Don't eat a heavy greasy meal or two hours before bedtime.
