It depends on the relationship between this woman and her husband and if there is stress between them. If there is where does it come from and does it have anything to do with their jobs? Do they spend too much time together or not enough? Either way all of your character details should come from the conflict.
It doesn't matter. What a woman does doesn't matter to her husband but more to what she wants, so it's anything. I actually would suggest also making her a dentist, so they met in dentist college or whatever. :D
