He is an alcohlolic, loves barely legal internet porn, takes them out of school way more then their school allows, met a girl from South Africa, brought her here to live with him and my 3 girls for a month, has really skanky people stay at their house.....stuff like this. Anything you can think of. I have to prove him and unfit father in Court if my girls have any chance of becoming good people.What are different things that would prove my ex-husband is unfit to be a parent?

generally speaking- a positive drug test or domestic violence is your only really hope of proving him ';unfit'; and even then he will receive supervised visits. The courts are willing to bend over backwards to make sure children have a relationship with both parents, as it is psychologically better for them.





the porn, ';skanky'; people, etc. is what he does on his own time. If you bring that up in court it will just make you look vindictive. For all you know the judge gets into a little ';barely legal'; now and then LoL
I think that is your answer right there! Holy crap! WHat a loser he is! Does he have a record? does he leave nasty emails or messages, if so record them or print them and take them to court... has he threatened you? If so u can get a PFA and there u go right there!
