Is my husband entitled to 23 yrs back pay resulting from 3 children and 1 spouse?

My husband was discharged from the Amy under honorable conditions. He got out on 30% disablity. Years later, he married and had 3 children and his pay was never increased to cover his spouse and 3 children. Is he entitled to 23 yrs worth of back pay and increase in his disablity? Is my husband entitled to 23 yrs back pay resulting from 3 children and 1 spouse?
its probably too late now but u need to ask an attorney about this.Is my husband entitled to 23 yrs back pay resulting from 3 children and 1 spouse?
The disability is for something that happened while he was in the service and not married. He isn't going to get any back pay for the children and wife. I don't know if he can get more now that he is married but it won't hurt to try.
1. he was not married when he was in the military - why would they pay him more if he was not married while he was in the service?

2. Disability is for his disability, it is not BAH (the only type of pay you get more for being married)

so im going with no
it's doubtful, he never took the initiative to get the funds when he married. In addition, his wife and kids are gone, he would have to seriously justify why he would need the extra money...in 2009
30% disability has nothing to do with wife and kids at all.

This question doesn't even make sense. Why would he get more money for his disability unless his % was increased? Its not like a retirement.
Probably not at this point. You have a period of time to file for that.
talk to a lawyer. We can't help you here.
Doubt it.

And we wonder why this country has no damn money....
